Microscope-enhanced dentistry also connects to his teaching work. Dentists from around the world have come to his office for hands-on training in advanced ergonomics in microscope dentistry, and he has taught live online courses focused on dental microscope procedures.
He is the Immediate Past President of the Academy of Microscope Enhanced Dentistry, an international non-profit with members in 37 countries that educates dentists and the public on the benefits of dental microscopy.

Dr. Linger has developed methods in sedation dentistry for patients who feel fearful or overwhelmed by dental care. His approach is compassionate and practical: help patients feel comfortable enough to move toward health.
He has also mentored other dentists through the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, extending that patient-centered comfort philosophy beyond his own treatment rooms.

Beyond the Practice
